Statement of Philosophy
From the beginning of our practice, we have seen ourselves as a dedicated group of professionals working together to do an excellent job for our clients, our patients, and the profession. We attribute our success to our fine staff and the services we offer.
The strong points of our philosophy are teamwork, attitude, and an emphasis on communication. We believe in the delivery of up-to-date services to our patients in the most compassionate and humane manner that we can carry out, as well as being caring and sensitive with our clients.
Mission Statement
Meridian Veterinary Clinic has, since its inception in 1962, provided the highest-quality pet health care in Indianapolis and Greenwood. Without question, this will continue to be its goal into the next decade. To that end, the hospital and its staff endeavor to elevate and maintain the highest quality of service with the following goals:
- To maintain an environment and atmosphere in the hospital most conducive to the overall welfare of its patients, clients, and staff
- To stay abreast of the most current, proven, and effective services available in the pet health care field
- To provide these services at the most economical level possible while in no way sacrificing quality
- To continue to explore areas of client needs and new potential services, and to be on the watch for improved ways to meet these needs and provide these services
- To enhance pet health care by contributing to the veterinary profession through education, training, association membership, and dedication to the veterinary community
